On a wonderfully sunny morning at the end of May, I headed out for a little road trip up to Oxford to photograph Sarah and David’s engagement session. We found the perfect place to start around Radcliffe Square and The Sheldonian Theatre and the streets around the University and river.

We had a wonderful morning weather wise and it was so lovely to catch up and hear all about their wedding plans for their day which I am capturing in July!
It’s expected that you can feel a bit nervous about having your photograph taken for the first time. But it is a nice opportunity to have some lovely pictures taken of the both of you, to celebrate your engagement (no matter how you have been engaged for!) and have the chance to get used to being in front of the camera and get comfortable with me as your photographer.
Often it will just be lots of laughs, us chatting, you and your fiance talking, reminiscing about good times, chatting about the wedding day and us getting to know each other. It’s about the two of you and I will just capture what is happening, again to get lovely natural images of you both.
