Dreaming of an engagement shoot on the beach? This one is definitely up there in a super cute, couple goals kind of way and totally in the most incredible location!
Laura and Seb wanted to have their engagement session in a really special place, so we headed to the Seven Sisters Cliffs in East Sussex. To be able to come along and photograph them celebrating this exciting time in their lives was amazing, and in such a stunning location too!
I am a total beach lover, and being based on the Jurassic Coast in Dorset I am super fortunate that we have some incredible sandy beaches here on our doorstep and then amazing coastal cliff locations like Durdle Door and Old Harry Rocks nearby. But wow! This place I have never been too before and it was absolutely unbelievable.
As my couples know when I photograph them, I have one rule…I want to capture you how you are as a couple! I don’t tell you what to do or how to be! We have a relaxed, natural shoot, get to know each other, chat about wedding plans and I will capture beautiful photographs along the way.

Which is the loveliest story….I am a real romantic so love hearing about people’s love stories and in particular proposal stories. Seb flew out to California to surprise Laura on her trip with her family, he arrived the day before they were due to leave and planned out this super cute proposal on the beach.
Not only was this incredible place on the South Coast the perfect spot for their engagement shoot due to it meaning a lot to Seb’s family, but also lovely to be on the beach to remember their engagement….and although we don’t typically have a great summer to shout about, the weather was absolutely wonderful!
