Charlie and Tom are the loveliest couple and capturing their wedding day was so special. I have known Charlie for some years and when she asked me to capture her day, I couldn’t resist! Charlie and Tom wanted to incorporate their personality into their wedding day and this of course involved the beautiful Dorset countryside, and attire! Cue the tweed suits which the guys looked great in and Charlie went to so much planning with the finer details.
They were married in their local church and then enjoyed the rest of their day with family and friends in their local hall.
It was amazing to photograph their Spring wedding in Dorchester. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t too kind to us on the day – but luckily the house where Charlie got ready had lots of opportunity to photograph inside, including in a conservatory! Oh the light was amazing! I will be doing a future post on wedding days and how to prepare if it is forecast for bad weather. But no matter what the weather was doing, Charlie and Tom did not let it affect them and couldn’t stop smiling ear to ear for the whole day!
