GOT SOME QUESTIONS?
I am based on the South Coast of England in a seaside town in Dorset. I travel all over the UK for weddings, but mostly across the South Coast – Dorset, Hampshire, Surrey, Somerset & London.
Travel within the UK is included – accommodation maybe required if your wedding is over 3 hours away. I also photograph weddings abroad – France, Spain, Italy have been a few I have been lucky to travel to a few times for weddings. A travel/accommodation fee is added for destination weddings.
Having photographed weddings since 2012 I have a really good understanding of the typical coverage a couple are looking for for their wedding day. I offer 3 different collections offering a variety of coverage options for your day.
The most popular collection is 9 hours coverage of your wedding day. Starting with your morning preparations, through till about half an hour after your first dance. This is perfect to cover all the elements from your wedding day.
There is a smaller option which is for 5 hours – this is perfect if you are looking for ‘half day’ coverage, guest arrival, the ceremony, drinks reception, group photographs & couple photos.
You also have the option to add additional hours coverage, second photographers, engagement shoot, thank you cards, albums etc.
Prices start from £1950
I have been photographing weddings since 2012 when I started my business. I have been a full time professional photographer since 2015 when I waved goodbye to my full time corporate career and went all in on weddings.
I absolutely love and adore weddings and I fell in love with the idea of being apart of the industry when I watched The Wedding Planner – embarrassing but true! I knew I wanted to be apart of weddings in some way. Nothing lights me up more than receiving an enquiry from a recently engaged couple and hearing their wedding plans. To be able to document your wedding day – filled with your most important people to celebrate a huge milestone in your life – is such an honour and I would LOVE to be considered for capturing your wedding.
If you decide to book me as your photographer, I am here for you throughout the process. I am happy to share my years of experience, connections, tips & advice (I also got married a few years ago, so I know what you are going through!) Share wedding supplier recommendations, help with your timeline, anything! I am here to help you and keep the planning as stress-free as possible.
When your wedding day comes around – I am genuinely so excited! I want all my couples to feel like I am more of a friend than a stranger when the day arrives. So we can keep in touch, meet in person for a drink to chat through your plans for the day, or a video chat if we aren’t able to meet in person beforehand.
On the day, I seem to have evolved into way more than just your photographer. I have been referred to many a time as being a couples wedding best friend, a walking clock/co-ordinator, a weather woman, a bouquet/dress holder, additional bridesmaid – whatever you need I am here for it.
I do not have a set number I deliver from a wedding for my couples. It depends on the level of coverage you choose, how many venues and locations you are at, guest numbers etc.
I typically say you will receive a minimum of 550 photographs. On average, from a 9 hour coverage day, you can expect to receive between 800-1000 photographs from your day.
I deliver your high-resolution images edited in my signature style in your own personalised online gallery. From here you can download your images straight to your computer, order prints & albums and share with guests. They will be delivered in colour with a few B&W photos in there too – sometimes I can’t decide if I prefer it in colour or B&W so you might get both. If you want more of your images in B&W, no problem at all, just ask!
Since 2012 I have photographed 100’s of weddings and thankfully have never been in a position where I have not been able to attend a wedding for ANY reason. However, sometimes things are out of our control and illness/emergencies happen (touch wood it doesn’t!) But if it does, I have a really strong plan in place always!
If in the eventuality something where to happen, I will always keep in touch with you and communicate – you’ll be the first to know as soon as possible. I will never leave you without a wedding photographer – I have a group of professional photographers of a similar style and vibe who would be able to cover me for the day. I would then still edit the images in my style, they would just stand in for me on the day of the wedding. And if that weren’t an option, or you don’t want that, you would receive a full refund.
Your wedding is super important, I also take my business really seriously – I have been doing this for a long time. As a professional, full time photographer and have all the necessary insurances, also Professional Indemnity and Professional Liability Insurances in place.
So this actually used to be a surprise gift for my couples after their wedding! Once the day is over for me and I head home, I will get onto backing up your photographs straight away. I know it is super exciting to have a little sneak peek on some photos from the day, to relive in the week after!
In answer to your question, yes! Totally! You will receive a little sneak up – up to 25 photos from your day within about 3 days (up to 5 in wedding season depending on travel) of the wedding.
The full gallery of your photographs will be ready 6 weeks after your wedding date.
If you would like to go ahead and secure me as your wedding photographer (YAY! I am so excited!) Firstly, make sure you have filled out the contact form (there is also one below) or pop me an email so I can check my availability for your date and make sure I am free.
I will send you over a brochure with the full pricing information and booking form. From here you can choose which package you would like to go for. There is only a few things I need from you to book and secure your wedding date. The first is the booking form to be filled out, a signed contract – which all done electronically. So no faffing around with printing or popping it in the post! Along with a non-refundable £500 booking fee, which comes off the total amount of your collection price.
You have your own client portal which has all the information for you to see clearly before you go ahead. I work on a first come first serve basis and your date is not secure until I have received the forms and the booking fee.
Typically dates are booked anywhere from 12-18months in advance – however I do sometimes have last minute availability, so always get in touch no matter when your wedding is.
