F.A.Q’s

At some point during the process whether its before or after booking me as your wedding photographer, I am sure you will probably have some questions. I thought it would be helpful to share the ones I get asked most frequently. But at any time, if you have a question, please get in touch!

How many photographs will I receive?
On average, for an all-day coverage (bridal prep till just after the first dance), you will receive a minimum of 500 images.

When will I receive the photographs?
After your wedding day, I will carefully be looking through the photographs from the day. Depending on which collection you have chosen, I will curate and cull the images to get rid of any duplicates, unflattering shots etc. I will then individually edit each image in my signature style and they will be ready for you within 4-6 weeks of your wedding date. For engagement sessions, you will receive the images within 2 weeks of your session.

We would love to book you, what do we do next?

That’s great news! Please send me an email or contact me through the contact form here. I would then love to arrange a skype call, or even better let’s meet for a coffee or a glass of wine to make sure we are a great fit. Once you have decided you would like to go ahead, and to make sure you are all booked in I would require a £400 non-refundable booking fee to secure your date, along with a signed contract and completed booking form.

When is the remaining payment due?
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding day. I will send an invoice as a reminder.

Do you have Insurance?
Yes, I most definitely have insurance! I have Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Cover.

What are engagement shoots?
An engagement shoot is a location shoot of you and your fiancé. It is a great opportunity for you to get all dressed up and have some fabulous photographs taken at a location of your choice. Where are you based/Do you travel?
I’m based in Dorset and Hampshire, on the amazing South Coast of England. If you have read the blog – you may already know my love for this area of our country. I feel so fortunate to live here! Although I live in the South of Englanf, weddings happen all over the world and I also love to travel. I mainly photograph weddings in the South West and South East of England and London. I have been photographing weddings all over the UK since 2012 and now started broadening my horizons and photographing some weddings in Europe. I have photographed couples in France and Italy. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch no matter where your wedding is!

Is there a travel cost?
Included within my collections is unlimited UK travel. However, accommodation expenses may be required if a considerable distance/more than a certain amount of hours from my location (I may need to stay over the night before or the day of the wedding). For destination/international weddings, expenses would be required for travel and accommodation in addition to the collection price – I would love to hear from you regardless where your wedding is in the world.
